At About your Talent we are helping our client, a leading company in manufacturing and developing home and personal care products, to recruit a Corporate Communication Lead based in Seville.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the definition, planning and execution of the communication strategy of the company and activities in support of the communication strategy
• Production and supervision of corporate content and strategic management of media relations, including message coordination, spokesperson preparation, and coverage monitoring
• Ensuring appropriate issues & crisis preparedness from a communication perspective.
The main responsabilities for the role will be:
Editorial Lead
• Lead internal and external communication planning and execution to ensure coordinated,
integrated, and consistent communications activities and planning across the entire group.
• Build and develop an impactful communications network across all areas of the Business
and all sites.
• Define, plan, implement, and measure communication and engagement activities that build
awareness, engage, and activate key audiences.
• Create and manage high-quality multimedia content for internal and external platforms
(intranet, website, social media, newsletters).
• Oversee and further develop online platforms and corporate social media channels
(primarily LinkedIn), including strategy, community management, monitoring, and
reporting.
• Ensure editorial excellence through writing, editing, and proofreading for all channels and
audiences.
Integration Communication
• Lead communication activities related to the integration of one company into the Group, ensuring
transparency, engagement, and alignment.
• Develop and execute change communication plans to support cultural cohesion and a sense of belonging during transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on integration messaging and stakeholder engagement.
Strategic Communication Support
• Support the definition, planning, and execution of the company’s communication strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to shaping the company narrative and strategic messaging to strengthen brand identity and reputation.
• Provide strategic advice to the Management Team and internal stakeholders on communication needs and opportunities.
Issues & Crisis Preparedness
• Develop and maintain an issues and crisis communication framework, including policies,scenarios, and messaging.
• Ensure readiness for effective communication during critical situations to protect the company’s reputation.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor degree in Communications and journalism, or a related field.
Hihg level of German, English and Spanish.
Communication skills, analytic skills, leadership, ability to work in teams, active listening ability, ability to work under pressure, results oriented, capacity of innovation, problem solving ability, etc.
