About Your Talent is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our client in the industrial sector, focused on naval, shipbuilding, and maritime solutions in Spain.

This role will be key in driving the development of the naval sector within the company, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships and opening new markets. The position combines business development, commercial strategy and operational/project coordination, ensuring both revenue growth and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the Naval Industry segment

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and key accounts

• Build long-term relationships with shipyards, contractors and naval clients

• Lead commercial activities: proposals, tenders and negotiations

• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful execution

• Support the launch and consolidation of new naval projects and services

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the naval, shipbuilding or maritime industry

• Strong commercial mindset combined with operational/project management capabilities

• Ability to open new markets and develop business from scratch

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• High level of English (mandatory)

• Availability for travel within Spain
