From About Your Talent, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a client who is a leader in the MedTech and digital medical education sectors, internationally recognized for its innovation, quality, and global impact.
The mission of this role is to define and execute the company’s global commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships with MedTech and Pharma clients worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will be a member of the executive committee and lead the sales, partnerships, and commercial strategy areas, combining strategic vision with hands-on involvement in global business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the company’s global commercial strategy.
- Expand the business model beyond the surgical field into new medical specialties.
- Identify and develop new monetization opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and grow the commercial and partnerships teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients in the MedTech and Pharma sectors.
- Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and design strategies to enhance their contribution to business development.
- Oversee key account management and ensure exceptional value delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with content and partnerships teams to align educational impact with commercial objectives.
- Represent the company at global industry events, reinforcing its position as a leader in digital medical education.
- Lead the management of commercial KPIs, including revenue targets, pipeline growth, and client retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership or business development roles within MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare education sectors.
- Strong track record in managing key accounts and partnerships with multinational clients.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial execution capabilities.
- Leadership and team development skills in entrepreneurial or growth environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with corporate clients and medical professionals (KOLs).
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with solid understanding of financial and performance metrics.
- Professional level of English (mandatory). Other languages such as Spanish, German, French, or Mandarin will be an asset.
